Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow safety protocols
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift items 15 to 35 lbs occasionally
- Ability to work extended periods standing or walking
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods
Job Duties
- Greet customers proactively to understand their needs and support their shopping experience
- Process customer sales transactions and returns according to Front-End procedures
- Promote company programs such as customer loyalty participation, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment
- Adhere to policies related to safety, loss prevention, and confidentiality
- Create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and respected
- Support the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck approach
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
