Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashier, or customer service roles preferred
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to adhere to safety and loss prevention policies
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Commitment to creating an inclusive and respectful workplace
Job Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience preferred
- Experience as a cashier or in customer-focused roles preferred
Job Duties
- Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience
- Process customer sales transactions and returns in accordance with established front-end procedures
- Promote company programs such as customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment
- Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of all company information
- Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect
- Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
