Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior retail or cashier experience preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally
Good communication skills
Basic math skills
Customer service orientation
Team player mindset

Job Qualifications

Prior retail sales experience preferred
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs occasionally
Capability to work extended periods standing or walking
Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods

Job Duties

Greet customers and proactively approach them to understand their needs
Process sales transactions and returns following Front-End procedures
Promote company programs such as loyalty program participation and warranty sales
Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and operating policies
Create an inclusive and welcoming store environment
Support team efforts across the store
Perform management-assigned tasks
