Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work weekends
- Capacity to lift up to 30 pounds
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Engage with potential customers in retail locations to identify their home improvement needs
- Enter customer information into company giveaway contests
- Provide brief, informative presentations about Renewal by Andersen products and services
- Schedule in-home consultations with the sales team for interested customers
- Set up and break down company-provided promotional materials at event sites
- Maintain a professional and enthusiastic demeanor while representing the brand
- Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines during all activities
