- Previous experience in the craft or hobby field is preferred but not necessary
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail or customer service experience is advantageous
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of arts and crafts products is a plus
- Ability to work evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
- Maintain clean and organized sales floor and displays
- Stock shelves and manage inventory levels
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations
- Support team members in meeting store sales goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
