Job Duties
- Support the Service Counter team to enable efficient and elevated experiences
- Support the Atelier team to enable Everyday Luxury experiences
- Curate merchandise assortment and support a seamless retail environment
- Sell clothes and earn client confidence through styling expertise
- Deliver world-class experiences by creating meaningful, memorable moments
- Build deep and personalized connections with clients to enhance loyalty
- Welcome clients and match them with products, directing to the right Service Counter
- Prepare products and process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Package products for an Everyday Luxury opening experience
- Support operations at the Service Counter
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently and accurately
- Strategically place product in the backroom and on the sales floor
- Uphold product display standards
- Enable integrated cross-channel shopping experiences
- Support seamless operations across Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations in the boutique space
