Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb ladders, and stand for long periods
- reliable and punctual
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
- willingness to participate in online personality and behavioral assessment as part of hiring process
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in retail or customer service is advantageous
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- passion for sports and knowledge of athletic products
