Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old (U.S.)
- flexible with scheduling including availability for day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodations
- commitment to uphold Nike's elevated service standards and integrity
- willingness to participate in online assessment during application process
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- knowledge of Nike products and passion for sport a plus
- ability to handle physical demands of the role
- flexible availability to work varied shifts
