Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- flexible availability for retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand, bend, squat, reach, and climb ladders for extended periods
- reliable and punctual
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or customer service experience a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of athletic products or interest in sports

- ability to maintain physical stamina throughout shift
