Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Flexible with scheduling including availability for retail hours
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting and reaching
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high traffic retail environment
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Good communication skills
- Basic technology proficiency for point of sale systems
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of Nike products and sportswear industry preferred
- Demonstrated integrity and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
