Job Requirements

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Support the Service Counter team to enable efficient and elevated experiences
- Support the Atelier team to enable Everyday Luxury experiences
- Curate merchandise assortment and support a seamless retail environment
- Sell clothes and earn client confidence through unparalleled styling expertise
- Deliver world-class experiences by creating meaningful, memorable moments
- Build deep and personalized connections with clients, enhancing loyalty and affinity
- Welcome clients and match them with their product and direct to the right Service Counter
- Prepare products to be processed and efficiently process transactions
- Package products for an Everyday Luxury opening experience
- Support operations at the Service Counter
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments to and from the DC, boutique to boutique, and clients
- Strategically place product in the backroom and on the sales floor
- Uphold standards of product display and translate the product story in boutiques
- Enable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shopping experiences
- Support seamless operations of all aspects of the retail space across Clients, Product, Space, Risk and Operations
