Job Duties
- support the service counter team to enable efficient and elevated experiences
- support the atelier team to enable everyday luxury experiences
- curate merchandise assortment and support a seamless retail environment
- sell clothes and earn client confidence through unparalleled styling expertise
- deliver world-class experiences by creating meaningful, memorable moments
- build deep and personalized connections with clients, enhancing loyalty and affinity to the brand
- welcome clients and match them with their product
- prepare product to be processed and efficiently manage transactions
- package product for an everyday luxury opening experience
- support operations at the service counter
- efficiently and accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments
- strategically place product in backroom and on sales floor
- uphold product display standards
- enable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shopping experiences
- support seamless operations across clients, product, space, risk, and operations
