Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred
- ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 35 lbs. items repetitively
- ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking
- ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet using ladder or platform
- ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods continuously
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred
- ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively up to 25 times per hour
- ability to work extended periods of time up to 4 hours standing or walking
- ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet using ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform
- ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods up to 2 hours continuously
Job Duties
- Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience
- uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards
- promote company programs including customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment
- adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures
- maintain confidentiality of all Company information
- create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect
- take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store
- perform other tasks as assigned by management
