Job Duties
- Sell store merchandise to customers and collect payment for transactions
- engage with customers and their pets
- assist with shipment receiving and product labeling
- stock products and inspect for expired dates
- help maintain current inventory of products
- assist customers in navigating the retail store
- maintain cleanliness and proper display order of products in the store
- coordinate work with other team members
- answer phones and book appointments
- attend and participate in all mandatory trainings
- share pet health and nutrition information with patrons as needed
- maintain effective performance under pressure
- monitor and fulfill online orders
- may perform similar duties as requested by supervisor
