Job Requirements
- must be over the age of 18
- ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs
- ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach
- ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
- ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- prior experience leading functional teams in retail management
- strong multitasking, priority-setting, and time management skills
- proven ability to lead and develop teams
- established connections with local media and community partners
- passion for the Kendra Scott brand and its core values
- availability to work at least 30 hours per week including nights and weekends
- willingness to relocate for career growth opportunities
Job Duties
- model, teach, and coach WOW service with a focus on customer experience
- drive sales by maximizing store productivity and developing business plans
- motivate and inspire team members through feedback and recognition
- increase brand awareness through community initiatives and philanthropic efforts
