Job Requirements

  • must be over the age of 18
  • ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs
  • ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach
  • ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • prior experience leading functional teams in retail management
  • strong multitasking, priority-setting, and time management skills
  • proven ability to lead and develop teams
  • established connections with local media and community partners
  • passion for the Kendra Scott brand and its core values
  • availability to work at least 30 hours per week including nights and weekends
  • willingness to relocate for career growth opportunities

Job Duties

  • model, teach, and coach WOW service with a focus on customer experience
  • drive sales by maximizing store productivity and developing business plans
  • motivate and inspire team members through feedback and recognition
  • increase brand awareness through community initiatives and philanthropic efforts
  • maintain integrity and ensure compliance with company policies and asset protection standards
