- previous retail sales experience preferred
- ability to pass training manual tests with a minimum score of 90
- proficiency in lead tracking and CRM software

Job Duties
- Study and learn the ZINTEX Retail Training Manual
- pass initial training with a passing score of 90
- maintain a passing score of 90 on future script tests
- accurately record and track lead information in the company CRM or system
- meet weekly or monthly demo and lead targets set by management
- articulate the company’s products and services clearly
- identify homeowner needs and adapt messaging accordingly
- participate in group training, daily debriefs, and coaching sessions
- attend local team events when possible
- respect homeowners’ privacy and follow company safety procedures
- maintain professionalism and courtesy
- conduct all marketing efforts in compliance with retail requirements and standards
- stand for multiple hours in a retail environment
- proactively approach and greet customers
- demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
- keep retail station organized, clean, and visually appealing
- monitor inventory of promotional materials
- maintain professional appearance consistent with company standards
- work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- adhere to retailer policies and guidelines
