Job Duties
- Study and learn the ZINTEX Retail Training Manual
- Pass initial training with a minimum score of 90
- Maintain a passing score of 90 on future script tests
- Accurately record and track lead information in the company CRM or specified system
- Meet weekly or monthly demo and lead targets set by the Retail and Events Regional Manager
- Articulate the companys products and services clearly
- Identify homeowner needs and adapt messaging accordingly
- Participate in group training, daily debriefs, and coaching sessions
- Attend local team events when possible
- Respect homeowners privacy and follow company safety procedures
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times
- Conduct marketing efforts in compliance with retail requirements and standards
- Stand for multiple hours in a retail environment
- Proactively approach and greet customers in retail settings
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to attract attention to booths or displays
- Keep retail stations or displays organized, clean, and visually appealing
- Monitor inventory of promotional materials
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor consistent with company standards
- Work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays as needed
- Adhere to retailer policies and guidelines where booths are located
