Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must be available during the day on weekdays and weekends
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Dependable and dedicated team player

- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups
- Motivated to achieve appointment-setting goals and drive leads
- Basic physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable working in a retail environment and meeting customers face-to-face
- Previous experience in sales or marketing preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Engage with potential customers in retail partner locations to promote products
- Book appointments for no-cost consultations with Renewal by Andersen window experts
- Follow up with customers to provide feedback and coordinate next steps
- Participate in paid training to learn the company’s marketing methodologies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine strategies and share insights
- Maintain dependable attendance during scheduled weekday and weekend shifts
- Utilize strong communication skills to create a positive customer experience
