Job Requirements
- at least 16 years of age
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to move throughout the store
- ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch
- ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
- ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements
Job Qualifications
- retail and/or customer service experience preferred
- ability to interact with customers in a friendly and positive manner
- ability to follow standard operating procedures and company policies
- ability to support shrink and safety programs
- cross training in custom framing preferred
Job Duties
- help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
- provide a fast and friendly checkout experience
- execute cash handling to standards
- engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
- educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
- assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
- participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
