Job Requirements
- Flexible with hours to work retail schedule including evenings and weekends
- Non-exempt position plus commission
- Ability to operate computerized POS system
- Basic knowledge of electronics preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced retail environment
- Motivation to create a good shopping experience and build customer loyalty
- Experience with electronics and retail sales preferred
- Strong communication and merchandising skills

Job Duties
- Help customers select small traffic merchandise by explaining the features and benefits of each product including portable electronics, small appliances, tablets, video games and consoles, various product accessories
- Enter orders in the computerized Point of Sale system and follow up on open orders through completion
- Promote P.C. Richard & Son credit card and process applications through a computerized program
- Sell extended service protection plans on selected merchandise
- Provide excellent customer service to create a positive shopping experience and build customer loyalty
