Job Requirements
- Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs with assistance
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be available to work at least 4 days per week during peak seasons
- Ability to work in moderate to high noise levels
- Willingness to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service
- Ability to handle conflict professionally and maintain composure
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in custodial, janitorial, or customer service roles preferred
- Ability to offer extraordinary guest service and communicate courteously
- Capability to follow safety protocols and park policies
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle physical demands such as standing and walking for long periods
- Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Pick up mops, hand squeegee, towels, spray bottle, and cart
- Distribute mops to all restroom locations
- Check and stock storage closet and restroom stalls and dispensers
- Maintain cleanliness and quality of restrooms including wiping mirrors and countertops, cleaning overflowing toilets, emptying trashcans, spraying air freshener, sweeping and mopping floors
- Maintain organization and stock of toiletries in restrooms
- Keep towels, toilet paper, seat covers, and soap dispensers filled
- Report any maintenance concerns
- Empty modest containers in each restroom stall and replace with new bag
- Remove graffiti from walls and bathroom stalls
- Assist with sweeping transitions between restrooms if needed
- Pick up mops from each restroom location
- Restock
- Empty trash
- Collect and replace department paperwork
- Promote and provide extraordinary guest service, answer questions and offer information courteously
- Understand and demonstrate proper use of safety practices and ensure department standards and park safety policies are upheld
- Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for team members and guests of all ages
- Identify, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts or disturbances professionally
- Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests while maintaining composure during difficult interactions
- Maintain a high level of trust and integrity to promote a safe and welcoming environment
- Perform other duties as assigned such as sweeping park areas, emptying trashcans, and detailing
