Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- capability to lead and motivate a team
- attention to detail and commitment to service quality
- ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Experience supervising in a full-service restaurant
- strong communication skills
- knowledge of food production, sanitation, and safety standards
- ability to provide team leadership and coaching
- familiarity with Micros point-of-sale system is a plus
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage management
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of restaurant, lounge, banquets, and related areas
- supervise and train associates in food production, service standards, sanitation, and safety
- provide leadership, support, and coaching to associates to ensure high-quality service
- assist with scheduling, associate evaluations, and disciplinary action as needed
- participate in staff meetings, BEO (Banquet Event Order) meetings, food and beverage meetings, and inventory counts
- ensure all food and beverage service is high quality, consistent, and efficiently executed
- maintain open communication between management and associates
- step in and assist with food service and other hotel operations when needed
