Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • capability to lead and motivate a team
  • attention to detail and commitment to service quality
  • ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Experience supervising in a full-service restaurant
  • strong communication skills
  • knowledge of food production, sanitation, and safety standards
  • ability to provide team leadership and coaching
  • familiarity with Micros point-of-sale system is a plus
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage management

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of restaurant, lounge, banquets, and related areas
  • supervise and train associates in food production, service standards, sanitation, and safety
  • provide leadership, support, and coaching to associates to ensure high-quality service
  • assist with scheduling, associate evaluations, and disciplinary action as needed
  • participate in staff meetings, BEO (Banquet Event Order) meetings, food and beverage meetings, and inventory counts
  • ensure all food and beverage service is high quality, consistent, and efficiently executed
  • maintain open communication between management and associates
  • step in and assist with food service and other hotel operations when needed
