Job Requirements

  • Management experience of at least 2 years
  • relevant education or courses related to the food and beverage industry
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • proven ability to handle cash and financial reporting
  • excellent communication skills
  • customer-oriented attitude
  • flexibility to work day and night shifts including 10 hour shifts
  • passion for excellent food service and customer satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • Education and courses related to the industry
  • 3 years of previous management experience in a comparable environment
  • strong understanding of food beverage and labor costs
  • ability to perform stock takes independently
  • stable work history
  • availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Spanish and BOH background considered an advantage

Job Duties

  • Plan organize train direct and coordinate staff and resources for efficient profitable service of food and beverages while maintaining a fun welcoming Irish Pub atmosphere
  • operational management including training guest satisfaction floor supervising line checks recipe compliance and window management
  • develop food and beverage offerings
  • maintain a fun safe atmosphere for guests
  • nurture a positive working environment while monitoring operations and initiating necessary corrective actions
  • gorilla marketing
  • daily cash handling and financial reporting
  • conduct weekly and month end inventory
  • prepare weekly schedule manage staffing levels and shift tasks
  • pull reports and present details of operation to ownership
