Job Requirements
- Management experience of at least 2 years
- relevant education or courses related to the food and beverage industry
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- proven ability to handle cash and financial reporting
- excellent communication skills
- customer-oriented attitude
- flexibility to work day and night shifts including 10 hour shifts
- passion for excellent food service and customer satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- Education and courses related to the industry
- 3 years of previous management experience in a comparable environment
- strong understanding of food beverage and labor costs
- ability to perform stock takes independently
- stable work history
- availability to work a flexible schedule
- Spanish and BOH background considered an advantage
Job Duties
- Plan organize train direct and coordinate staff and resources for efficient profitable service of food and beverages while maintaining a fun welcoming Irish Pub atmosphere
- operational management including training guest satisfaction floor supervising line checks recipe compliance and window management
- develop food and beverage offerings
- maintain a fun safe atmosphere for guests
- nurture a positive working environment while monitoring operations and initiating necessary corrective actions
- gorilla marketing
- daily cash handling and financial reporting
- conduct weekly and month end inventory
- prepare weekly schedule manage staffing levels and shift tasks
- pull reports and present details of operation to ownership
