Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Completion of all required Raising Cane's company training programs
- Ability to work a fast-paced, physically demanding environment including walking, standing, lifting and bending for extended periods
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts including weekends and evenings
- Ability to travel as needed for work-related functions and training
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience or Raising Cane's advanced crew experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-driven and flexible
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to recognize problems and convert plans into actions
- Willingness to work various shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
- Approval to travel for work-related functions and training
Job Duties
- Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards during a shift
- Enforce company policies and standards
- Manage assigned restaurant zone according to operations and safety standards
- Use required tools and forms to support shift execution and document results
- Direct crewmembers during shifts
- Provide exemplary customer service
- Support execution of reward and recognition programs
- Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant
- Complete other assigned duties
