Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • one plus years of restaurant or retail management experience or Raising Cane's advanced crew experience
  • able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends
  • able to work independently and collaboratively
  • able to recognize problems and convert plans into action
  • must complete all required Raising Cane's company training programs
  • detail-oriented and organized
  • self-driven, flexible and energetic
  • strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • One plus years of restaurant or retail management experience or Raising Cane's advanced crew experience
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • able to work effectively and efficiently independently and collaboratively

Job Duties

  • Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards in one restaurant zone during a shift
  • enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
  • manage assigned zone according to Raising Cane's operations and safety standards
  • use required tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective action when needed
  • direct crewmembers during a shift
  • provide exemplary customer service
  • support execution of reward and recognition program for crewmembers
  • authorize employee functions requiring manager approval
  • ensure cleanliness of restaurant and good working order of facility
  • complete other duties as assigned
