Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- one plus years of restaurant or retail management experience or Raising Cane's advanced crew experience
- able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends
- able to work independently and collaboratively
- able to recognize problems and convert plans into action
- must complete all required Raising Cane's company training programs
- detail-oriented and organized
- self-driven, flexible and energetic
- strong written and verbal communication skills

- One plus years of restaurant or retail management experience or Raising Cane's advanced crew experience

Job Duties
- Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards in one restaurant zone during a shift
- enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
- manage assigned zone according to Raising Cane's operations and safety standards
- use required tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective action when needed
- direct crewmembers during a shift
- provide exemplary customer service
- support execution of reward and recognition program for crewmembers
- authorize employee functions requiring manager approval
- ensure cleanliness of restaurant and good working order of facility
- complete other duties as assigned
