Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Completion of all required Raising Cane's company training programs
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
- Able to travel for work-related training and functions
- Physically able to perform tasks involving walking, standing, lifting, and bending
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Prior management or advanced crew experience at Raising Cane's
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience or advanced crew experience at Raising Cane's
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-driven and flexible
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills with ability to convert plans to action
- Willing to work varied shifts and travel as needed
Job Duties
- Ensures operations meet Raising Cane's standards during a shift
- Enforces company policies and operational safety standards
- Manages assigned restaurant zone's workflow and team
- Uses management tools to track and document shift performance
- Provides exemplary customer service
- Supports and executes employee rewards and recognition programs
- Ensures cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant facility
