Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management preferably QSR and preferably in the pizza/delivery industry
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Strong financial acumen including cost control and P&L management
- Commitment to customer service excellence

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management preferably QSR and preferably in the pizza/delivery industry with a track record of success in operational and financial management
- Demonstrated ability to lead motivate and develop a diverse team fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Strong understanding of restaurant finances cost control P&L management and financial reporting
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and building lasting relationships with customers
- Ability to think critically identify opportunities for improvement and make sound decisions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with staff guests and leadership
- A genuine passion for the restaurant's success a willingness to take accountability and a commitment to going above and beyond
Job Duties
- Full accountability of the restaurant's financial performance including budgeting cost control inventory management and sales growth
- Overseeing all front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations ensuring seamless processes adherence to health and safety standards and exceptional food and service quality
- Leading mentoring and inspiring a high-performing team fostering a positive work environment promoting continuous improvement and ensuring team members embody core values
- Championing an unwavering commitment to exceptional guest experiences proactively addressing feedback building relationships with patrons and going above and beyond to exceed expectations
- Contributing to the development and implementation of the restaurant's long-term business plan identifying growth opportunities analyzing market trends and ensuring alignment with company goals
- Demonstrating an ownership mindset by proactively identifying and resolving operational challenges and making informed decisions that benefit the business
- Collaborating on marketing initiatives building relationships within the local community and driving initiatives to increase brand visibility and customer loyalty
- Ensuring complete adherence to all food safety sanitation and labor regulations
