Job Requirements
- minimum of 5 years experience in restaurant management preferably in qsr and pizza delivery industry
- demonstrated leadership ability to inspire and build team cohesion
- strong understanding of restaurant financials including budgeting and cost control
- excellent customer service orientation
- critical thinking and effective decision-making skills
- proficient verbal and written communication abilities

Job Qualifications
- proven restaurant management experience with a minimum of 5 years preferably in qsr and pizza delivery sectors
- leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams
- strong financial acumen including p&l management cost control and financial reporting
- passion for customer service excellence and building lasting customer relationships
- excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- ability to think critically and make sound decisions with problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Financial stewardship: full accountability of the restaurant's financial performance including budgeting cost control inventory management and sales growth
- operational excellence: overseeing all front-of-house and back-of-house operations ensuring seamless processes adherence to health and safety standards and exceptional food and service quality
- team leadership and development: leading mentoring and inspiring a high-performing team fostering a positive work environment promoting continuous improvement and ensuring team members embody core values
- guest experience ownership: championing an unwavering commitment to exceptional guest experiences proactively addressing feedback building relationships with patrons and going above and beyond to exceed expectations
- strategic planning: contributing to the development and implementation of the restaurant's long-term business plan identifying growth opportunities analyzing market trends and ensuring alignment with company goals
- problem-solving and decision making: demonstrating an ownership mindset by proactively identifying and resolving operational challenges and making informed decisions that benefit the business
