Job Requirements
- minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management preferably qsr and in the pizza/delivery industry
- demonstrated ability to lead motivate and develop a diverse team fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- strong understanding of restaurant finances cost control p&l management and financial reporting
- passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and building lasting relationships with customers
- ability to think critically identify opportunities for improvement and make sound decisions
- strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with staff guests and leadership
- willingness to take accountability and a commitment to going above and beyond

Job Duties
- full accountability of the restaurant's financial performance including budgeting cost control inventory management and sales growth
- overseeing all front-of-house (foh) and back-of-house (boh) operations ensuring seamless processes adherence to health and safety standards and exceptional food and service quality
- leading mentoring and inspiring a high-performing team fostering a positive work environment promoting continuous improvement and ensuring team members embody core values
- championing an unwavering commitment to exceptional guest experiences proactively addressing feedback building relationships with patrons and going above and beyond to exceed expectations
- contributing to the development and implementation of the restaurant's long-term business plan identifying growth opportunities analyzing market trends and ensuring alignment with company goals
- demonstrating an ownership mindset by proactively identifying and resolving operational challenges and making informed decisions that benefit the business
- collaborating on marketing initiatives building relationships within the local community and driving initiatives to increase brand visibility and customer loyalty
- ensuring complete adherence to all food safety sanitation and labor regulations
