Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management
- Experience in the quick-service restaurant and pizza/delivery industry preferred
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, cost control, and profit and loss management
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ownership mindset and accountability
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably quick-service restaurant industry and pizza/delivery sector
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team
- Strong understanding of restaurant finances, cost control, profit and loss management, and financial reporting
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and building lasting customer relationships
- Ability to think critically, identify opportunities for improvement, and make sound decisions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Genuine passion for the restaurant's success and accountability
- Proven track record of operational and financial management success
Job Duties
- Take full accountability of the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and sales growth
- Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring seamless processes, adherence to health and safety standards, and exceptional food and service quality
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring team members embody core values
- Champion an unwavering commitment to exceptional guest experiences, proactively addressing feedback, building relationships with patrons, and exceeding expectations
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the restaurant's long-term business plan, identify growth opportunities, analyze market trends, and ensure alignment with company goals
- Demonstrate an ownership mindset by proactively identifying and resolving operational challenges, and making informed decisions that benefit the business
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives, build relationships within the local community, and drive initiatives to increase brand visibility and customer loyalty
- Ensure complete adherence to all food safety, sanitation, and labor regulations
