Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management preferably in QSR and the pizza or delivery industry
  • Proven ability to lead motivate and develop diverse teams

Job Duties

  • Full accountability of the restaurant's financial performance including budgeting cost control inventory management and sales growth
  • Overseeing all front-of-house and back-of-house operations ensuring seamless processes adherence to health and safety standards and exceptional food and service quality
  • Leading mentoring and inspiring a high-performing team fostering a positive work environment promoting continuous improvement and ensuring team members embody core values
  • Championing an unwavering commitment to exceptional guest experiences proactively addressing feedback building relationships with patrons and exceeding expectations
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of the restaurant's long-term business plan identifying growth opportunities analyzing market trends and ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Demonstrating ownership mindset by proactively identifying and resolving operational challenges and making informed decisions that benefit the business
  • Collaborating on marketing initiatives building relationships within the local community and driving initiatives to increase brand visibility and customer loyalty
  • Ensuring complete adherence to all food safety sanitation and labor regulations
