Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years)
Must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
Ability to stand, walk, and run short distances
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Maintain professional appearance including uniform and grooming standards

Job Qualifications

Previous customer service experience preferred
A helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset are essential

Job Duties

Record vehicle condition and damage on claim tickets
Safely operate guest vehicles and follow key handling protocols
Accurately clock in/out and report all tips
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously
Arrive on time in uniform and follow all company policies
Assist with additional duties as needed
