Job Duties
- Greeting guests in person and on the phone with a warm friendly smile
- Learning the menu to explain it to guests and answer questions
- Checking prepared orders for accuracy
- Reviewing orders with our guest or third party pick-up person
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handling multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
- Assisting in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the to-go area
