Job Qualifications

- Ability to learn menu items and explain them clearly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Reliable and punctual with good time management skills
Job Duties
- Greet guests in person and on the phone with a warm friendly smile
- Learn the menu to explain it to guests and answer questions
- Check prepared orders for accuracy and review orders with guests or third-party pick up person
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring quick and accurate order processing
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized to-go area
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and management to resolve any order issues
- Handle payment transactions with accuracy and professionalism
