Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Willingness to stand for long periods without a break
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift, carry and/or push up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to upholding company standards and policies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in fast food or customer service roles is advantageous
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety standards
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic math skills for handling register transactions
Job Duties
- Train and work in various positions such as runner/line coordinator, order taker/dining room, grill, fries/nuggets, sandwiches, drinks, register/drive-thru
- Perform opening duties including salad preparation, pulling product from the freezer, cleaning and sanitizing, and emptying trash
- Handle pre-closing responsibilities like cleaning and stocking
- Carry out closing tasks including cleaning the grill, vacuuming, washing dishes
- Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation
