Job Requirements

  • At least 16 years of age
  • Willingness to stand for long periods without a break
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift, carry and/or push up to 50 lbs
  • Commitment to upholding company standards and policies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in fast food or customer service roles is advantageous
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety standards
  • Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic math skills for handling register transactions

Job Duties

  • Train and work in various positions such as runner/line coordinator, order taker/dining room, grill, fries/nuggets, sandwiches, drinks, register/drive-thru
  • Perform opening duties including salad preparation, pulling product from the freezer, cleaning and sanitizing, and emptying trash
  • Handle pre-closing responsibilities like cleaning and stocking
  • Carry out closing tasks including cleaning the grill, vacuuming, washing dishes
  • Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment
  • Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation
