Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen and front-of-house duties
- Commitment to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant, retail, or customer service role is helpful but not required
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive, hospitable attitude with a desire to help people
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to multiple job stations
Job Duties
- Prepare delicious sandwiches and salads by working in multiple kitchen stations such as prep, dish, garnish, and grill
- Assist guests by taking orders and guiding them through the menu
- Perform guest relations duties including running food, bussing tables, and plating food
- Operate at various FOH stations such as cashier, host, expo, and floor/runner
- Participate actively in the sales process by connecting with guests and promoting a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and friendly service
