Job Requirements
- Legal age to work in the United States
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- No food allergies that would impede job performance
- Ability to provide a valid work permit if minor in certain states
- Commitment to adhering to company’s safety and sanitation policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Job Duties
- Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes proper portioning and food prep logs
- Restock front line with prepared product during peak volumes and/or in accordance with time and temperature
- Adhere to food safety standards and report any questionable food deliveries or practices
- Maintain a positive attitude and have fun at all times
- Strive to exceed guest expectations
- Be a willing team player and maintain cooperative respectful relationships with management and fellow team members
- Monitor product quality and take appropriate actions to maintain quality
