Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to comply with safety and appearance standards
- capable of performing repetitive hand movements and physical tasks
- if cross-trained as delivery driver, must have a valid driver’s license, acceptable motor vehicle record, proof of insurance, and reliable vehicle
- availability to work fewer than 30 hours per week in a part-time role
- able to work in varying temperature and noisy environments
- provide necessary documentation as required by state laws

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a food service or customer service environment preferred
- ability to communicate professionally and positively with customers
- basic cash handling skills

- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products
- preparing ingredients
- taking orders
- providing quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers by phone or in person
- act with a sense of urgency
- work as a team and assist others
- be punctual for shifts
- support other workstations during shifts
- complete closing duties including cleaning
- comply with uniform and appearance standards
- accurately use the PROFIT System
- process cash, check, and/or credit card transactions
- support sales efforts through suggestive selling
- maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
- comply with safety and security standards at all times
