Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Ability to lift 25 pounds or more
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

- No prior experience required but customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to operate cash registers and handle money accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in multiple roles
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and work in various temperature conditions
Job Duties
- Provide general customer service duties including taking food orders
- Answer customer questions about menu offerings
- Address customer needs promptly and professionally
- Balance cash register and offer additional sales opportunities
- Prepare customer orders accurately and safely from various kitchen stations
- Maintain clean and sanitized work area
- Cross train in other departments such as store cashier, fresh kitchen, facility maintenance, and leadership roles
