Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Physical ability to lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards

- No prior experience required as training is provided
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation protocols
- Willingness to learn and cross train in multiple areas
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Take customer food orders accurately
- Answer questions about menu offerings
- Balance a cash register
- Offer additional sales opportunities to customers
- Prepare customer orders safely and accurately at various kitchen stations
- Ensure proper food safety conditions within the restaurant
- Cross train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles
- Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds
- Work in various temperatures
