Job Requirements
- Ability to move lift 25 plus pounds
- Ability to work in various temperatures
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior experience required as full training is provided
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash registers accurately
- Basic food safety knowledge or willingness to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
Job Duties
- General customer service duties including taking customer food orders answering questions about menu offerings and addressing customer needs
- Balancing a cash register and offering additional sales opportunities to customers
- Accurately and safely prepare customer orders from various preparation points within the kitchen including a sandwich making line a fry station and a grill station
- Use a variety of methods and technologies to ensure proper food safety conditions within the restaurant
- Cross train in other departments such as Store Cashier Fresh Kitchen Facility Maintenance and leadership roles
- Ability to move lift 25 plus pounds
- Ability to work in various temperatures
