Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior experience required, training will be provided
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift more than 25 pounds
- Must comply with food safety and hygiene standards
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast-paced environments
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow food safety procedures
- Willingness to cross train and develop new skills
Job Duties
- Take customer food orders and answer questions about menu offerings
- Address customer needs and provide excellent customer service
- Balance cash register and process payments accurately
- Prepare customer orders safely from various kitchen stations including sandwich making line, fry station, grill station
- Maintain clean and sanitized work area to ensure food safety
- Cross train in other departments such as store cashier, fresh kitchen, facility maintenance, and leadership roles
- Lift and move 25+ pounds and work in various temperature conditions
