Job Requirements

  • Ability to move and lift 25 plus pounds
  • Ability to work in various temperature environments
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • No prior experience required as training is provided
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Basic math and cash handling skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt

Job Duties

  • General customer service duties including taking customer food orders, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs
  • Balancing a cash register and offering additional sales opportunities to customers
  • Accurately and safely prepare customer orders from various preparation points within the kitchen including sandwich making line, fry station, grill station, or other station depending on restaurant concept
  • Use various methods and technologies to ensure proper food safety conditions within the restaurant
  • Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles
  • Ability to move and lift 25 plus pounds
  • Ability to work in various temperature environments
