Job Requirements
- Ability to move and lift 25 plus pounds
- Ability to work in various temperature environments
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior experience required as training is provided
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
Job Duties
- General customer service duties including taking customer food orders, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs
- Balancing a cash register and offering additional sales opportunities to customers
- Accurately and safely prepare customer orders from various preparation points within the kitchen including sandwich making line, fry station, grill station, or other station depending on restaurant concept
- Use various methods and technologies to ensure proper food safety conditions within the restaurant
- Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles
- Ability to move and lift 25 plus pounds
- Ability to work in various temperature environments
