Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to provide a valid work permit if applicable in certain states
  • Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Prepare food according to specifications by using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools
  • Restock front line with prepared product during peak volumes and/or in accordance with time and temperature
  • Adhere to food safety standards and report any questionable food deliveries and/or practices
  • Maintain a positive attitude and have fun at all times
  • Strive to exceed guest expectations
  • Be a willing team player and maintain a cooperative, respectful working relationship with management and fellow team members
  • Serve as an ambassador for QDOBA by enthusiastically greeting guests and providing excellent service
