Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to provide proof of legal work authorization
- Commitment to maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to interact positively with guests and team members
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to follow guidelines and recipes accurately
- Basic math skills for portion control
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepares food according to specifications by using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools
- Restocks front line with prepared product during peak volumes and/or in accordance with time and temperature
- Adheres to food safety standards and reports any questionable food deliveries and/or practices
- Maintains a positive attitude and has fun while working
- Strives to exceed guest expectations
- Maintains cooperative and respectful working relationships with management and team members
- Acts as an ambassador for the QDOBA brand
- Monitors the quality of products and takes appropriate actions to maintain quality
- Ensures personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism
- Recognizes and adheres to all sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures
- Performs other tasks as directed by management
- Enthusiastically greets all guests
- Serves guests following recipe and preparation guidelines
- Cleans, organizes, and restocks all stations
