Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to stand and work for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to provide proof of legal work authorization
  • Commitment to maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to interact positively with guests and team members

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to follow guidelines and recipes accurately
  • Basic math skills for portion control
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepares food according to specifications by using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools
  • Restocks front line with prepared product during peak volumes and/or in accordance with time and temperature
  • Adheres to food safety standards and reports any questionable food deliveries and/or practices
  • Maintains a positive attitude and has fun while working
  • Strives to exceed guest expectations
  • Maintains cooperative and respectful working relationships with management and team members
  • Acts as an ambassador for the QDOBA brand
  • Monitors the quality of products and takes appropriate actions to maintain quality
  • Ensures personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism
  • Recognizes and adheres to all sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures
  • Performs other tasks as directed by management
  • Enthusiastically greets all guests
  • Serves guests following recipe and preparation guidelines
  • Cleans, organizes, and restocks all stations
