Job Requirements

Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Flexibility to adapt to restaurant business needs
Willingness to comply with appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards
Basic communication skills
Capability to handle fast-paced work environment
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory

Job Qualifications

Basic math and reading skills

General knowledge of food service or retail operations preferred but not required

Job Duties

Taking orders and making accurate change quickly
Providing food service to guests with enthusiasm
Packaging all menu items and checking for product quality and consistency
Preparing drinks and ice cream treats
Cooking on the grill and operating the fryer as needed
Cleaning the restaurant including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, wiping counter-tops, and sanitizing food areas
Operating the switchboard and assisting in the drive-thru if applicable
