Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to bend, twist, and reach
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to obtain and maintain food safety licenses or certifications
  • Must be dependable and bring a positive attitude

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to learn and follow detailed recipes and procedures
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively in a team environment
  • Positive attitude and dependability
  • Willingness to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
  • Basic food safety knowledge or willingness to obtain required certifications
  • Minimum age of 16 years
  • No prior sauté experience required as paid training is provided

Job Duties

  • Preparing fresh ingredients and cooking dishes to order
  • Ensuring each dish is made with consistency, quality, and attention to presentation
  • Following recipes, prep guides, and standard procedures accurately
  • Learning and refining kitchen and sauté skills through hands-on training
  • Maintaining pace during peak hours and supporting smooth kitchen flow
  • Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where communication matters
  • Managing multiple tasks effectively to help meet guest expectations during busy shifts
