Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, and lift up to 55 pounds
  • Ability to obtain and maintain food safety licenses or certifications according to local, state, and federal regulations
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic cash handling skills
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Willingness to learn food safety standards and obtain required certifications
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods and lifting up to 55 pounds
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Welcoming guests with a warm, friendly greeting and answering menu questions clearly and confidently
  • Taking food orders accurately and handling cash and credit transactions
  • Helping guests navigate menu options, modifications, and preferences
  • Delivering attentive, timely service that makes guests feel valued
  • Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where communication matters
  • Managing multiple tasks effectively to help meet guest expectations during busy shifts
  • Communicating clearly with both guests and kitchen team members
  • Supporting order accuracy, speed of service, and smooth handoffs
  • Keeping the restaurant clean and organized while following food safety and sanitation standards
