Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, and lift up to 55 pounds
- Willingness to obtain and maintain food safety certifications as required
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependability and positive attitude
- Compliance with local, state, and federal food safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications
- Experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts is a plus
- Being at least 16 years old
Job Duties
- Welcoming guests with a warm, friendly greeting and answering menu questions
- Delivering personalized service that makes every guest feel valued and appreciated
- Taking food orders accurately and handling credit and cash transactions efficiently
- Thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment where collaboration and communication are key
- Effectively managing multiple tasks to meet guest expectations in a timely manner
- Keeping the restaurant clean and organized while meeting food safety and sanitation standards
- Demonstrating dependability, positivity, and a can-do attitude to support the team and foster a positive work environment
