Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Completion of food safety training as required by law
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to handle physical demands of the role such as lifting 25 pounds and standing up to 6 hours
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to adapt to change
- Commitment to Panera's guiding values and behaviors
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Complete basic food safety understanding and practice training (Food Handler's Card, as required by law)
- Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours
- Clear verbal communication skills in a loud environment
Job Duties
- Assist guests with orders quickly and accurately
- Be knowledgeable on our menu and limited time offers
- Deliver excellent guest service in every circumstance
- Be informed about the priorities of the day
- Keep a positive attitude while facing each task, even the tough ones, and adapt to changes as they arise
